Note: At the discretion of our Clinical Director there are no concession rates for pension card or health care card holders at this time.

When you attend Bee Kind Psychology with a psychologist, Medicare will rebate part of the cost of the session through their Better Access Scheme if you have a Mental Health Plan from your GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist.

Currently the amount Medicare rebates for the cost of a Psychology session is $93.35 for a Generalist Psychologist. The out of pocket cost is $161.65

A Medicare Rebate does not apply for services provided by a Provisional Psychologist.

A MHCP can be used to rebate part of a Group Session w/ an Allied Health Practitioner.

Bee Kind Psychology accepts referrals for NDIS clients who are Self- or Plan- Managed. We are unable to take Agency-managed clients at this time.

We encourage our NDIS clients to attend both individual and group sessions, where appropriate.

Most Private Health Insurance funds provide a rebate for Psychology Assessment and/or Treatment sessions depending on the type and level of cover you have.

Private Health Fund rebates can be applied instantly at time of payment for the session. Private Health Insurance rebates and Medicare rebates cannot be used at the same time.

If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid incurring a cancellation fee, as this time has been specially set aside for you.

Less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee 50% of the service cost. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee 100% of the service cost and must be paid before further appointments can be made.
